The children and I have been visiting our local animal shelter a lot. The other day, there was a beautiful pair of lovebirds waiting for a new home. They are so beautiful, and their colors always leave me speechless. This week I added a special something to my colorwork.. You will get 2 skeins: one 300 yard multicolored one and a 150 yard skein of a coordinating contrast color. This is perfect for doing the cuff, heel and toe in the contrast color, stripes, chevrons, or my Bird of a Feather socks(pattern on blog.) For the multicolored skein, no touch of color covers more than 3 stitches. Color touches appear in a random fashion and no pooling! Scroll down to see a knit sample.
